Effective date: September 22th, 2026 | Last updated: October 22th, 2026 | Contact: contact@hemidi.com
1. Fee Structure and Published Pricing
Selling Sync subscription prices are publicly listed at sellingsync.com/pricing and displayed in the plan selection interface. Fees are calculated based on the number of connected sales channels and the number of SKUs managed.
2. Free Trial Terms
Each Customer registering a new account is entitled to a 14-day free trial with access to all features of the plan. No credit card information is required to begin the trial.
If the Customer does not upgrade to a paid plan by the end of the 14-day trial, the system will automatically stop data synchronization without incurring any debt or automatic charges.
3. Payment Methods and Billing Cycles
The services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Customers may pay using the following payment methods:
International payment cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and JCB.
Direct bank transfer to the corporate bank account of Hemidi Joint Stock Company.
A valid electronic invoice will be issued and emailed to the Customer within 24 hours after the system records a successful payment.
Bank Account Details:
Account Number: 0603 3287 8975
Bank: Saigon Treasure Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SACOMBANK)
Account Holder: Hemidi Joint Stock Company
4. Subscription Renewal Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription renewal at any time through the Selling Sync account administration dashboard.
After cancellation, the Customer will retain access to and use of the software until the end of the current prepaid billing period. The system will not automatically charge the Customer for the next billing period.
5. Refund Eligibility and Procedures
As Selling Sync is a digital software service offering a 14-day free trial, Hemidi provides refunds in the following specific circumstances:
Full Refund: A 100% refund applies when a payment system error results in duplicate charges.
Refund Requests Within the First Three Days: Customers upgrading to a paid plan for the first time may submit a refund request within 72 hours of payment if the software does not meet their actual operational needs.
Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds are not available for mid-cycle cancellation requests made after the third day following an upgrade or renewal, or for accounts suspended due to violations of the Terms of Service.
Refund requests must be formally submitted to contact@hemidi.com. Refunds will be processed to the Customer’s original bank account or payment card within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days.
6. Changes to Pricing and Fee Structure
Hemidi may adjust Selling Sync’s plan prices, additional fees, usage limits, and billing methods.
For existing Customers, any change that increases costs or reduces benefits will be communicated by email and through the Customer’s account at least 30 days in advance. The notice will specify the changes, the new fees, the effective date, and how to cancel subscription renewal.Changes will apply only at a renewal for which the required notice period has been satisfied. They will not apply retroactively or affect the benefits of a billing period that has already been paid for.
Customers who do not agree to the changes may cancel renewal before the effective date without penalty and continue using the services until the end of their prepaid period. Use of the services during that period does not, by itself, constitute acceptance of the changes.
Hemidi shall only automatically renew subscriptions and process new charges upon a valid agreement and payment authorization. If a separate confirmation is required but has not been received, the renewal and billing will not be executed. Additional usage fees and post-promotional pricing shall apply in accordance with the agreed terms; any unapproved amounts must be confirmed in advance.
Refunds will be handled in accordance with Article 5. Incorrect charges must be corrected and refunded. Nothing in this Article limits any Customer rights under mandatory provisions of applicable law.
